computer and it is an IC "ELECTRONICS") except the keyboard and
display...now if it boots how far ?? where does it always stop ??? or
not always at same point??
if Windows boots, does the mouse moves the pointer??? if this is the
case, then >>>>>
right click on My Computer >>> manage >>> device manager >>> (not any
yellow marks over there ??? )
if no yellow marks >> keyboards and mice >> right-click the installed
one >> uninstall ,,,,,and then restart the computer and check if the
problem is solved.
Must to Know where do you discover the lack functionality of the
keyboard, it differs lots if it is in the POST or in the Windows...
Now for the tester and PSU, definitely negative.....and dont try it at
all...you will mess up the whole computer components and will get to
nothing...USB devices dont consume power lots(500 mA is the max
output)....I recharge my nokia device through USB.
Post back tell what happens.
