[computer-tech-support: 8100] Windows Vista WMI 0x80041003 Error

I’m trying to fix a Vista WMI error 0x80041003 on a Compaq desktop with 4 computer user.  I have tried deleting the repository files but, it is still happening.  However, it is happening on only one user.  The other users are fine.  I have deleted the computer user and everything seems fine.  Is there anything else I can do???
