Generally built in browsers are working in proper way... But similarly in windows, IE is working slowly... But your problem is suddenly hanging..
Soo many reasons are there  *Don't open too many tabs.
*Block the popups if eaither many popups.
*Delete the browser cache.
*Install proper version flash player.

All of sudden today it stopped working.
It cannot properly connect to any site.
It connects and hangs.
Another browsers (Google Chrome and Mozilla) work properly.
My system windows 7 Service pack 1
 
Any suggestions what's going on?

[computer-tech-support: 8549] Re: IE11 connection problem

I had a computer that would display a blank page each time anything was navigated via IE11, I updated my Video card drivers and that fixed my issue, otherwise you can uninstall it and downgrade to a previous version 8,9, or 10, and then if that works try to update again.
