For everyone who wants to find a driver the FIRST place to start is
the manufacturers website!!!

Mohamed, for you your starting point for an NX9040 is:
HP/Compaq indicates Windows 7 drivers are for select models ONLY.
Unfortunately the NX9040 is NOT one of them. In fact there are not
even
any Vista drivers for your laptop.

Do you know what your wifi mini-pci card is?
Your simplest solution, for the moment, is to use a modern
PCMCIA card for your wifi solution instead of your internal wifi.
