Next, it gives you that message because (as the rest of
the message tells you) windows did not shut down properly
and there is a possibility of disk corruption and unless you
know exactly what the state of things were at the time
of shutdown you should always allow the scan to find & fix
any disk directory/file errors.
Lastly, when it restarts (fails loading and then restarts) what
is the message it gives you? Does the display give a blue
screen? If so what does it say (exactly)?
