[computer-tech-support: 7682] attachment problem

Today I experienced the problem while sending e-mail attachment.It was just loading the attachment.It has displayed "still working" message.So I could not  attached the file. The file size is just 51KB, which was sent by my boss. In that I have to fill the blanks and send it back to my boss. What is the reason and solution for this.
