[computer-tech-support: 7697] Windows 7 Not Genuine

Hey, I had a friend who installed Windows 7 on my PC awhile back.
Well apparently they didn't get a good version or whatever because now
I keep getting the stupid message that says "Windows 7 is Not
Genuine". Is there a quick way to fix this? Thanks, Jillian
