Could be a lot of things, could be overheating (though in this case it's usualy a shutdown not a restart) could be a bad RAM, could be a virus, could be a corrupted driver sometimes.
Anyway, try to give us more details, do you see a fast blue screen before it restarts, do you see a message when windows start like 'windows has recovered from a series problem' or something, we need some hints to have less possibilities
