[computer-tech-support: 7768] Microsoft Word 2007 Printing Issue

Every month I have to make a document listing manuscript titles and
authors. Each month I take last month's copy and paste the new
information over the old information so as to keep the formatting the
same because the document was originally formatted by someone else.
With the current copy, everything looks normal on the screen but when
it prints out it is printing old information (from the original file)
in the same space as the new information, so that the new information
is printed on top of the old information.

I need to know (1) why the old information is printing at all and (2)
how to get rid of it.

The only thing that looks different about this information is that
when you scroll over it with the mouse a box appears with a cross with
arrows on the end of the lines. Admittedly, I am not very familiar
with Microsoft Word and we just lost our IT guy so I would really
appreciate any help!

Thanks!
