Are you trying to restore the computer to a previous point, or is it
some program that suggests or initiate it??
Did you replace your HDD??
I suspect a malware or spyware is surfing the computer..How to make
sure it is not, install a good antivirus if you dont have one, after
you update it to the last known threats, make a system scan...install
Spybot S&D, update and scan...
