I fully agree - the features google has is much better.

The Yahoo groups that I subscribe to are a very big pain for
me. And, as far as slow loading... I have yet to have that problem
except
when I was having internet slowdowns in general.

But... why reply and post from Gmail?
The groups.google.com/group/computer-tech-support/ is just another
subdomain the same as Gmail ( mail.google.com/mail/ ) and it gains
you nothing replying and posting from the email. In fact doing that
can
actually be doing a disservice to other members of the group.
