Windows 7 has a different way of checking genuine then others. As
long as you have a valid CD key that lets you pass the install then
you are fine, you will just be hit with popups that say your version
of windows is not genuine, I am getting the problem, but oddly enough
mine is genuine, I am just too lazy to call Microsoft on 10
machines....

Sounds to me like your drivers arent loading correctly. In all my
computer experience I would stay away from ECS mobos, if you have the
cash, check newegg for a gigabyte, ASUS, or other name brand
motherboard, usually under $100, and swap it out.
