Ka dadi  try accessing the folder on which the company profile is located on the network first \\computername\folder. try this from windows explorer or run not quickbooks. If you get the error access denied, or you are asked to enter login credentials then thats the problem.

sometimes on a windows network if users are not logging on to a domain (login to their computer using their domain credentials) then it becomes hard to control folder access, then you have to share the folder with everyone.
