i don't think that ipconfig /all would always print the right ip, i'd prefer ceresia's method, use a website to get your ip, because any server knows what your ip is just by visiting it.

Assuming that this isnt something shady or illegal/stalking-ish, if
they have a windows computer, you could walk them through the command
prompt IPCONFIG /ALL command
