There is a tool that can help you out in this regard. The tool is called Image by Image as the primary purpose that it resolves is of displaying the video in stop motion so that every detail of the video is clearly visible. The tool is compatible to load videos in avi or wmv formats and is very simple to use. Just load the video and configure the tool for some play options and you will be able to view the high speed videos frame by frame. The tool make use of the default WMP to play videos and offers some options to configure the player too.
