[computer-tech-support: 8111] Dual-Screen POP UP Location?

We are now running dual screens with our engineering workstations and
have them defined as a primary (left) and a secondary (right) with
Quadro 4000 cards and everything is working fine for 3D design and our
engineering apps with one very irritating issue. Some of the
applications we run (our MRP system, some VB app's, etc) when they run
or pop up alert boxes, they pop the windows up HALF WAY BETWEEN THE
TWO DISPLAYS. For example in our MRP system if we do a search for a
part and the number is not in the system, a small window alter box
pops up stating NO RECORDS FOUND and an OK button. This pops up split
half on one screen and half on the other and you can't even read it
until you drag it out of the middle. And after you drag it and close
it, the next one that pops up pops up back in the MIDDLE again.

Any way to control where app's run or where their alerts or pop up
windows actually pop up?
