[computer-tech-support: 8152] unkown errors

hi there guys and thanks for the help you have given me over time.
today i have a relatively new question for you and its as follow:
lately my pc is recieving a couple of errors like not playing movies,
and not launching windows messenger when i click it. this problem is
new to me. another thing is that i'm unable to boot into safe mode. it
doesn't show an error messege for this part. your help will be
apreciated as always.
