Confirmed: Windows 7 SP1 Will Release on Feb 22 Posted: 10 Feb 2011 05:47 AM PST Today Microsoft has confirmed that they have completed the work on Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Windows 7 to Manufacturing aka RTM to OEM Partners. The also announced that SP 1 for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 RS will be released on Februray 16th for MSDN users.  But the good news is that folks who are not a part of MSDN won't have to wait long as Microsoft has promised to release the public version on Feb 22nd and will be available for download from Microsoft Download Center.
