Dear sir/madam,
My computer is not starting. Its HCL machine with core 2 duo
processor.When I press the power button of CPU it does not start and
also Fans. Before 3 days back i unplugged the Power LED wire, HD wire,
resset wires and then i plugged them in wrong pins.

What is the solution? How to start again?
