On the windows computer you in the wireless connection settings, in 'advanced' (or 'sharing' i don't remember) you'll find an option that says let other computers connect to the internet using this computer (or this connection) something like that, then on the xbox you should change the gateway ip to the ip of the xp computer's ip

I am using a Windows XP desktop with a Wireless USB adapter for my
Internet connection through my Wireless router.
I would like to use a Crossover cable to connect my XBOX (NOT XBOX
360) to the system running WinXP's NIC.
Any resources to help me achieve this? What kind of IP setup should I
use? Dynamic? Static?
Any software I should use beyond the utilities Windows provides?
Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks in advance.
