[computer-tech-support: 8224] Automatic restart problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

My PC is automatically restarts after every 2 minutes but it doesn't shutdown when i open BIOS. But when I try to install Windows XP from boot menu It does not loads the XP CD. Can u help me to solve this problem?
