Display Colorful Tabs in Firefox with FabTabs Posted: 26 Apr 2011 05:30 AM PDT Most people work on several tabs at the same time and thus it becomes difficult to guess which tab is for which page. Color coding of the tabs gives us a way to differentiate between the others but the colors on the tabs are all random. With the help of this Firefox Add-on called FabTabs, you can turn your normal tabs into colored tabs each having the same color as the color on the webpage. By taking a small screenshot of the website you are currently viewing, and calculating the most commonly used color from that screenshot, it tries to take the one essential color from the website and applies it to the tab. This feature surely makes it easier to recognize a webpage just by looking at its tab. This feature is worth a try. You need to install the add-on from the location as listed below. Related posts: |
