[computer-tech-support: 8233] Unable to open txt file in excel2007.....

Dear All,

 

             Need help on excel2007 as i tried to open txt file in excel but it does not open with excel on my pc but its open in notepad. i tried with other txt file it is opening with excel but facing issue with some txt files so need guidance on the issue.
