Always double check the power cables and be sure they are secure, try
to switch the power cables between your monitor and your computer,
usually they are the same type. If that doesnt work then check behind
your computer where the power plugs in and make sure if there is a
switch that is labeled 110 and 220 then set it to 110.

Sometimes this switch reads 120 and 240, just switch to 120.
