[computer-tech-support: 8249] Re: Paper feeding problem and quality printout problem.

Sounds like the pickup roller on the bottom tray is worn out, I would
check for a worn roller and find a part number and replace it. If
prints are faded and poor quality make sure all toner is OEM toner and
not low. Also check Windows settings to be sure ECOMODE is NOT on...
