[computer-tech-support: 8253] Low windows experience index

Dear sir/Madam,

I have system with 1GB atom processor and 160GB hard disk. I run Re-run the assessment several several times and i followed the system defragment and  disc clean-up but it is showing always lowest score i.e base score 1. what is the problem and can u tell the solution for this?
