[computer-tech-support: 8275] Sleep and Hibernate problems

my laptop (Toshiba U505) would sometimes sleep and hibernate properly
other times it just turns off the Screen and nothing else
or
when coming out of sleep or hibernate the screen wont turn on
it shuts down perfectly and i have no other problems with it
