[computer-tech-support: 8283] Encrypted Items

I had moved lots of items from My Documents (to D:), while they were
encrypted, I formatted the C: and installed the Windows again, with
the same user name, and the same password, but I cant access the files
at all, even Im unable to move them back to the My documents...
What should I do now ???
