Using screenshots can save your time and hassle of writing a detailed explanation for your readers of where to find a specific button. They are really useful. A common way of getting a screenshot is by pressing the PRINT SCREEN key, then pasting the picture in Paint and then finally cutting out the portion of the picture you need. This tool is a bit more sophisticated than Greenshot. It has the ability of capturing the entire screen, a specific region, an active window, a scrolling window, and freehand capture. Its inbuilt image editor allows you to add the referencing arrows and lines. It also has protractors and pixel rulers and a great tool named crosshair for graphics designers.

It provides only standard options of capturing the complete screen or a rectangular region, and the option of saving the files. This tool has a free 1 month trial period and then you have to purchase the personal license that costs $24.99. It has the ability to scroll them down and capturing it all!
