[computer-tech-support: 8300] TEXT TOO BIG

I have both a new coputer given to me and loaded IE and Mazilla tool
browsers on to it ASAP.

Problem:

Both browsers have massive text them. I have tried Both avenues in
properties to change the font size to no avail; any ideas?
