Virtual Image Printer Driver is an open source app that installs as an additional printer on the Printer's applet and has the ability of converting any printable document to a BMP, PNG, JPG, TIFF or a PDF file. It's based on the Microsoft universal printer driver core. ' Just launch the PDF file and print it by choosing the Image Printer Driver in the "Print" dialog.
