Hi Ramesh
Is the cd drive reading CD Discs? Before the issue with the dvd
drive
was it working intermittently? What are you selecting the cd to
boot first for?
Sounds like it could be an issue with the laser in the dvd drive
failing
but need a little more info to be sure...
Might just need a replacement.
