well, check the recommended hardware for the game, your video card probably wont meet the min requirement, buy a card that is, that's it.

Here I've looked it up, ( assuming modern warfare 1 )
Video card: NVIDIA(R) Geforce(TM) 6600 or better or ATI(R) Radeon(R) 9800 Pro or better
