These services are a lot better than proxy softwares as they are practicable for the whole PC and you are not required to set the browser HTTP proxy. Of the 3 popular VPN services, one is not free anymore and the other two are very difficult to connect to. So today we have a list of 5 other free VPN softwares. These software need to be downloaded and installed. 1. ProXPN  This software works on Windows and Mac PCs. All you have to do is to make a ProXPN account and then download, install and run it. After you are done with all these things you have the ability of connecting to the VPN service with your username and password. Free accounts are rate-limited to 1000 kbps, and do not have PPTP VPN access. 2. SecurityKiss  This software is workable for Windows only. SecurityKiss boasts about 300MB of data transfer per day for free. You don't have to register so you can simply download and install the SecurityKiss software, and then run and connect it. In case the connection fails, then you can try selecting another VPN server.  Hotspot Shield is workable for Windows and Mac. It boasts a free VPN solution with unlimited bandwidth. Download and install the software, and simply connect the VPN service! Ads will appear at the top of every webpages you visit. Hotspot Shield supports many languages like English, French, Chinese, Arabic, Persian, Russian and Vietnamese. 4. ExpatShield  ExpatShield works only for Windows PCs. Just like the one mentioned above, this one is also a free VPN software that offers unlimited bandwidth. Ads will also appear when using this one and it also supports multiple languages.  Loki VPN Client is a software of Loki Network Project. This free VPN software works for Windows PCs only. It offers unlimited data traffic with a 30-minute connection limit per time. All you are required to do is downloading and installing the software, and then you can then run and connect it. Registration is not required.
