[computer-tech-support: 8361] Downloaded files going to unknown files at desktop.

Sir this is Pavan. I am using windows service pack 2, here downloaded
files as going to unknown file at desktop, so i change downloading
path that same file. i got original file. more times i try to change
location and files. but coming this same problem. Why this problem in
desktop folder only? please help me how can i solve this?
