In windows there isn't any built-in md5 sum calculator i think, you can just google something like 'md5sum in windows' and you'll find many pages that offers an exe file to download and run it, if the file isn't too big, there's also online tools, like for example here's something i found 'http://www.fileformat.info/tool/md5sum.htm' , if you have linux it's pretty simple, there's md5sum command in the terminal , just do 'md5sum /path/myfile.rar'

How I can generate MD5 in my computer for that winrar file?

when a file is corrupted i don't think it's recoverable, unless the rar file has a recovery record, which is not so likely, you could try to do the repair option in winrar but it probably will fail, usually we just re-download the file, a good way to check if the rar program is being silly or the file is actually corrupted is by checking the md5sum of the file, many download sites provides the md5 sum for the file downloaded, its a 32 letter hash code generated, something like this (a0b162e26281ef097ee8b39b8690a8c2), u generate the same hash code for ur file and if they match then the download has been successful, otherwise the downloaded file has been corrupted while downloading or for any other reason, you should easily find a program for that in windows
