[computer-tech-support: 8375] Re: CPU usage always at 100% on AMD Athlon X2

At first it was scvhost.exe, but I applied a patch to correct that.

Now it seems to still take 100% CPU usage, but only the System process
is high (90-95%). I thought the System CPU usage was supposed to
balance out the other processes, but I am stumped. :(
