[computer-tech-support: 8433] Re: Windows won't start in safe mode; normal mode OK

Try what Wahid explained, especially a backup of your information. If
the safe mode doesn't work then attempt to reinstall windows over
itself, at the setup options do not reformat the drive, just install
windows without changing the existing configuration. This will
rewrite all system files but leave the existing files and user folders
there for access.
