[computer-tech-support: 8444] My computer is always restarting

Hi! Electricity went off when I was busy using my computer, when it comes back I switched on my computer it says START WINDOWS NORMALLY and then I pressed enter it restart instead of continuing, after restarting it always ask same thing when I enter safe mode still it does the same thing. What might be the problem?
