Unfortunately you have to open the actual laptop and locate the
battery on the motherboard that holds the BIOS information, you need
to take the battery out, it looks like a large watch battery, and boot
the computer with the battery out. Turn off the machine and put the
battery back in and boot it, you should have cleared the password.
