[computer-tech-support: 8474] Re: Loud noise from desktop pc

You need to check ventilation of the heat sinks. I had the same
problem few days ago but my computer was shutting down spontaneously
and after the restart it shows a heat problem. After disassembly of
the processor's fan you need to reput a material like paste to
transform heat to the sink( thats in pretty old peocessors i thibk)
So you need to make sure the sink is not obstructed with dust.
