After long and carefully suggestions. i solved my problem with your's  help.thanks every one.

But still i am at last problem is that i got issue of PCI drivers

Other 
PCI simple communication controller   

This is PCI driver problem so again i will say please help me this problem.

try to get the device ID from the device manager and search google
with that, you might find a driver that is compatible.  I would
recommend if you are going to use Server 2008R2 to disable the on
board LAN card and buy a nice dual gigabit card that is supported for
Server2008R2.
