Usually this is fixed by installing the chipset or audio drivers, and
sometimes, depending on the graphic chipset the graphics drivers could
help.

Browse Intel's website for your motherboard, and select Windows 7 64-
bit and download the Video, Audio, and Chipset drivers.

Install the Chipset first, restart, install Video, restart, Install
Audio, restart.

See i this fixes your issue.
