The software that was installed was already there, this is called a base image, and the company you bought your laptop from strips the user information out and resets windows so that it technically LOOKS fresh, but only windows and user information is fresh.
-- You can do this, but it needs to be setup beforehand. You can create this moving forward, but I do not think that you can do what you are looking for at the moment.
