And, "N" is about 70 meter indoor and about 250 meter outdoors.
These figures are taken from the IEEE 802.11 specs (see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEEE_802.11 )
The about is because there are a few factors that could cause it to
be less that that.
