If you mostly do the stuff you say the only problems that will happen
are the one said by Mohammad AbuShady and also problems fragments of
files all over leading to slower system. So as Mohammad said u can
have virtual box or any virtualisation software or else you can once a
while do defragmentation and disk cleanups. Also using utility to
remove will remove softwares without a trace cause they list all
things installed by a software if one by one installed. So extra dll
will also be taken care of. But any of these problem will not create
problem of system crash or data loss
