i don't think you need to know much about rss feeds, there's alot of sites that offer you generating an rss feed for you, look for one and read it's guide, it shouldn't be so hard.
i dont remember i ever even needed to learn something about cpanel, it's simple, but i guess you can look around for a tiny guide, since you don't need to need much, it's all stuff like how to make a subdomain how to add your domain, maybe lil dns stuff and few other things like that, cpanel it self should guide u easily while doing those tasks
