you need to go to that site to know your internet ip address, as ipconfig /all only shows your adapters ip/details

ipconfig /all takes the ip address from your adapters (and thus your
access point) directly.
The best that a website is going to get is the address of the nearest
internet hub, or if theyre lucky the y'll get your access point or
router. But they shouldn't get your IP address. Thats why when you go
to services like this, you normally get the name of the closest town.
