From all of the work I have done on computers I would say a rule of
thumb is that if you go places on the net you are not supposed to then
get an anti-virus program, I use AVG for customers. Otherwise just
use Microsoft Security Essentials and do not use an Anti-virus, I do
not use one and never have any issues, but I dont go browsing
pornographic material, or download movies, music, or any of that
nature either...
