What would you do to restrict any document from getting printed, ask a person? Well there is better way to do this. If you feel that there are certain documents which don't require printing and thus should be restricted from printing then there is a new file format to serve this called as .wwf
The WWF format is a PDF that cannot be printed out. In simple terms, it is a new file format that is used or should be used to avoid unnecessary printing of the documents (a better way to save paper and trees). While a Word Doc or PDF does not ensure that printing is disabled, this format ensures that nobody will be able to take prints of the document as the print option will be disabled in the document. How to Use: You just need to install the WWF format in your system to be able to save pdf files as .wwf files. The tool is free and simple to use which can be downloaded from the link below.
